Fundamentals of Theatre
Explore the foundations of the theatrical world: acting- stage movement- costumes/props- auditions- oh my! In this month-long Saturday course, students will review these theatre fundamentals and so many more. Whether they are new to theatre or have previous theatre experience, this class will allow students to explore/expand their skills in this exciting and engaging environment. This course will culminate with a showcase of student learning.

Erin Mulvany, M.A.
Erin received her Master of Arts in Theatre Directing from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Erin has had the opportunity to be involved with directing, teaching, acting, and stage management throughout her theatre experience. Erin was the Education Director at Two Chairs Theater Company in Grand Junction, CO and also worked as a Teaching Artist for the Black Hills Playhouse. Erin has a passion for theatre education and enjoys teaching children and adults alike. Erin is currently the Lead Education Instructor / Curriculum Developer and Grants Coordinator for the Sioux Empire Community Theatre.
Amity Shay Neff
Amity is a seasoned art teacher and is passionate about inspiring a love for the arts in others. Amity has extensive experience working with young children. Her knowledge, experience, and teaching philosophy provides students with a unique educational and nurturing environment which aims to empower the personal and creative growth of all students.
